Farhan is a Senior Consultant with 7 years of experience in the field of International Development especially in Education and Economic Development (PSD, M4P). He served both as a staff and consultant in various development organisations like UNICEF, Save the Children, Swisscontact and Adam Smith International.
Earlier in his career, he was involved for almost 8 years working at Aventis, Bank Asia, British American Tobacco, bracNet and STEERWEB in several areas of Business and ICT leadership positions. He was formally awarded by the former President of Bangladesh for his zealous facilitation in establishing service automation at local municipalities to ensure Good Governance.
During his undergraduate, he remained involved with the world’s largest non profit and voluntary student organization AIESEC, as Vice President of the Bangladesh chapter for Youth Development. He is also the Founder of a private philanthropic initiative JIBIKA Foundation (www.jibika.foundation) that addresses poverty and livelihood issues for Women, Children and Old aged people. Farhan has 8 years of experience in running his own IT consultancy firm STEERWEB that specialises in web and software development involving fresh graduates.
Mr. Enam possess an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and an MBA from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a Bangladeshi National and has international training experience in India, Philippines, Thailand and United Kingdom.
